Our Sarigazi Plant which has 5000 m² covered area consists of three main units. Hot forging Unit employs friction hydraulic and eccentric presses as well as hammers, which can forge up to 15 kg. per piece. Heating processes are made by temperature controlled induction furnaces.

Machining unit consists of 17 CNC machines, 7 machining centers and various lathes, milling machines and drills. For precise diameters and surfaces, grinding machines are being used.

In Birinci, most of the forging and machining tools are designed and built by the in house Die Shop.
